Daily update of the branch directory: Ensure You're Using Up-to-Date Information
We have identified that some of you are using outdated information regarding available Nova Post branches and lockers. The branch directory needs to be updated regularly and fully to ensure that users of your systems and services have access to all available branches and lockers. For example, if a new locker appears near your customer's home or a new branch opens, the customer will not be able to select it for delivery until you update the directory. Recommendations for Ensuring Up-to-Date Information on Branches and Lockers
- 1Set up regular updates of the directory. We recommend scheduling nightly updates of the full branch, warehouse, and locker directory to ensure data accuracy.
- 2Test the accuracy of the directory updates after implementation. Once you develop the directory update functionality via the API, check that all branches are available on your website through search, including by city and branch type.
