New Fields EORI and Registration Address for International Shipments
Additional parameters have been added to meet customs requirements and will expedite the processing of international shipments.
EORI Fields for Recipient and Sender
These are mandatory fields for shipments being delivered to EU countries:
- 1The sender’s EORI is provided in the field sender.eoriCode
- 2The recipient’s EORI is provided in the field recipient.eoriCode
EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) is a unique number used to identify economic operators in customs transactions within the European Union.
Detailed Registration Address for Recipient
The new parameter registrationAddressParts is designed to provide the recipient’s registration address. It includes the following fields: city, region, street, postal code, building, apartment, and additional notes.
These new fields will help comply with customs regulations and simplify the customs clearance process in EU countries where the recipient’s registration address is required.
The recipient's registration address is mandatory for deliveries to Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, and France
If you are making international shipments to EU countries, ensure these fields are properly filled in your API requests.
More information about these changes can be found in the API documentation.
